Cheers guys, it's much appreciated. Finding this whole situation rather depressing atm.
One amazing thing is that I am under 14 st. for the first time in years. Trying to loose a bit but I am suffering on the exercise front as I cannot go skating atm. So my lessons and recreation skating have stopped.
I have decided to put the storm back to near standard and just suffer. I have also bought an old, 1995, TDM850 to play with. Trying to pluck up the courage to check the valves on it.
Now take the piss as soon as possible and get it over with 🤣🤣👍

Has the tdm got nut and screw tappets, or bucket and shim?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

All the best Richard  Always liked the TDM but preferred the TRX.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

Knees just won't take more than about 50 miles.
Ref The TDM is a Mk 1 so loads of possible issues and all the bloody shims need doing, but I love the look always have done
