Sad day, sold my SP2

Post by cheekykev »

As the tittle states, sold my SP2 today.
Unfortunately because of hardly riding it (I only did 200 miles on it in the last 2 years) and a few age related aches and pains effecting my ability to ride full sports bikes now, yet still having to maintain it, plus tax and insure it, led me to make my mind up to sell :(

I know its been a hard hard decision to make, but you've had your fun on the lithe little bitch and now its time for a more voluptuous bitch to have your attention.
Still, the v is dead, long live the flat.
Don't hassle me

A nice standard unimproved bike, that one, the new owner got a good one.
At least you got your coalbunker back!
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

I feel your pain, still on to the next one.
I'm so unlucky that if there is such a thing as re-incarnation I'll come back as me!

I can remember the faff of finding the right one all those years ago :D . It has served you well and you kept it prestine, even though you used it like it was meant to be used.

The new owner got a good bike, but you have a new toy, so I am sure you are not too sad, and like Tony said, you can now put coal in the coal bunker.

Bikes come and go Kev. At least you had the pleasure of owning and riding it. The main thing is you're here and I'm sure you've got some equally exotic metal tucked away
