Endowment policies

Post by sirch345 »

Has anyone ever successfully made a claim against being sold an
endowment policy which is not going to make enough to cover the mortgage against it :?:

Nope never heard of anyone..
you have to prove that you have been greatly Financially disadvantaged,
which i guess might be the hard part, as most people would take steps to minimise that risk

I have done it and got back just about what I had already paid in. You are however running out of time to claim anything, you need to act fast.
