Life ban. I can't remember who it was but on GP,s some year ago a rider hit another bike and jammed the brake lever on, the guy went over the handle bars soooo quick it was amazing.

The guy in the vid needs his arms relocating, for good.
missing the noise, not the vibes. However never say never!

Video won't play for some reason on mine - has anyone got the link to the video on another site? I could view the still photo of him reaching across...but the video footage is "unavailable".

I'll have a trawl on the U-toob.
If it ain't broken...f*ck about with it until it is.

S'ok - call of the search dogs - found it on the 'tube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9h3LvcY2CJs

They've obviously had a previous altercation or disagreement on the track, as Canepa slows, looks back and waits for Cappato. What happened after made my jaw drop, and is worthy of Canepa getting broken legs and hands for that action.

I've had someone riding up beside me and pulling the keys from my ignition for a laugh just before the lights changed. It caused me to get rear-ended by the car driver who moved forwards, and didn't know what happened or why I couldn't move with the lights. The guy who snatched me keys and threw em on the road got his Karma back to him in spades.

This racer needs a kicking with an iron bar, and banned for life with his race licence permanently revoked.

Then you have Kenan SOFUOGLU in whatever series he is racing in, kicking and punching, ramming other riders with no discipline resulting whatever.
Have a look at this one for another example of what can happen when someone applies your brakes for you -

That rider (Sete Gibernau) has a good "off" strategy: fold the arms in tight and try to tuck and roll, preventing the arms from flailing (and breaking) and protecting the chest.

Still a right butt of a manoeuvre though! The result of riding into someone on yer right hand side, and getting the brake lever pushed back for you doesn't look to be a good idea. I bet strong words were had in the post race briefing!

Sounded like Ewan McGregor doing the commentary.

It's as a result of incidents like these that the lever protectors were brought in. Don't stop someone reaching over and clumping it though.
