Hi there from Germany

Post by celtic68 »

Hello everyone,

After spending years on KLR 650, DR 600 and Bandits, I finally fell in love with my storm from 2000. Bought it in late September 2016 and ever since enjoyed around 12k km of pure V2 pleasure. She did not require too much make over. To be on the safe side, I replaced the CCTs by manual ones a few weeks ago. With only 33k km, I am very much looking forward to more fun this season.

Only recently, I discovered this forum and am impressed by the number of entries and the knowledge you gathered. So I decided to join.

And now for the hardest part - a picture of my ride:

Greetings

Very nice bike and photo - very sharply and classically composed.

Wise move on doing MCCTs, have you checked the R/R to see if it needs upgrading?
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
