I bet the work you did at the start of the project is now so old it has rusted through and needs a full restoration!

Update September 2018

Post by Flatline »

Right, that's it

Have booked the bike in with our local Ducati specialist

Will be taking it over to him mid-October to get the engine running properly

Once that's done I can leave it another few years

But seriously, since I stopped winning the yearly award for "most anticipated project" I've been down in the dumps

I've managed to pick myself up, dust myself off and start all over again

It's in the middle of the workshop, ready

Can you rename this thread "Ducati 750SS life time project" instead?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

UPDATE

Post by Flatline »

Have been slogging away in the man cave and it's just about finished

I've decided on a different direction to the original idea!

Will have to get the engine fine tuned and I'm not sure about the red centers on the discs
