I will have a small plate Marty and the indicators are new and I like the shape of them but quality isn’t the best Image

A bit more progress today, cleaned painted and fitted the right hand radiator I got from Mac.
Filled up with coolant and put some petrol in the tank and tried to start her up.
It turned over but no sign of life and then the battery died.

Put battery on charge and wheeled her back into the Duffcave.

Question, should fuel tap be set to on or prime? I set it to on. AlsoI had a spark but wasn’t the best tbh

That's been sitting a while so fuel system is possibly a bit clogged up.

I doubt it Carl as Marty sonic cleaned them and you set them up for me. They were bagged up till fitted and have seen no fuel until today.
Unless the tap is blocked I guess.

Try turning the fuel tap off. Then undo the float bowl drain plug.
See of any fuel comes out.
If not, it's not flowing and you need to check that the vac tap is operating properly.

But before that, check plugs to make sure it isn't flooded.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Ha ha, I know where you're coming from

Good to see your cans looking nice and level

Chris.
Thanks Chris it took a while before I was happy with how they looked but got there in the end. Image

The trouble is I'm about fussy about things like that, I can't help it being in the building trade

A friend of ours had a new expensive kitchen fitted (not by me I hasten to add). The first time I laid my eyes on it they were drawn immediately to the wall tiles above the cooker hob, they weren't level
I didn't have the heart to saying anything to her as she had not long lost her husband, and she was delighted with it,

Chris.
