Nitron rear shock

Post by SmileyVTR »

So swapped original to a new basic Nitron.

Increased ride height (not scientifically, turned until it looked right...aka gut feeling/winging it).

The bike is so much more comfortable (it actually moved when I sat on the bike!) & naturally it handles better.
After a 9 hours "break in" I had hardly any right-hand numbness - could this be down to the ride height? Either way I'm happy.

What's the main difference between, is it just the spring?

no it has better damping design and the single adjuster effects both comp and rebound on a preset ratio

Yes, basic model with weight-specific spring. £429 delivered directly from Nitron. Expect 3-4 weeks lead time.

Money well spent I'd say 8)

I can't say if the shock has made any difference to your right-hand numbness,

Chris.
