Ahh. I see. It's feckin smart isn't it. OOOOH....24 litres. Now, I could run a fair distance with that. 3 fills and I could be at yer door in no time...
But, thank yer lucky stars that I just have the piddly 16 ltr standard tank, and a shedload of ill health to limit my jaunts....
If it ain't broken...f*ck about with it until it is.

Y'know - here's me saying ''very nice'', and I'm thinking I'm lost as to who's got what, which one is which?, is that fabios bike with the silver tank?, is that the gumtree pic of someone elses?, is it maybe fabios bike in a previous guise?, can I see a bit of red wheel in fabios photo? and if that's his, then the 2 bikes on stands are not? or.......WTF? I need to retire to the drawing room, dim the lights and pour a large Brandy.

I'm more confused than a council worker shown 3 new shovels and being told to take his pick...

Silver tank is not Fabbios bike, thats an old pic from an add.

BTW if you click on this link... http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 30#p388630

You will be able to see Bananaman's old departed Blue Storm (sorry if that hurts your eyes...) with a VFR tank fitted. Yo'll see what I mean about the gap to the frame... Have a trawl though his posts, you might find some better pic's... He sold it & the guy that bought it ran it out of oil...Mind you I think it took 2 ltrs to top up when at Grainstorm 2...

Quick edit found this one...http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/viewtopic ... 17#p377017

Thanks for the first link to Bananamans blue un. Yup - that's a huge gap at the back - at least you can remove the rear rocker box and change the CCTS over without having to remove the seat or tank.... erm, does anyone still call them things rocker boxes? Who knows. actually....who cares. None of you, that's who.

Or is it whom? Oh fer fechs sake. (getting cranky....Nurse should have been here an hour ago!).

And a quick edit from me..... I don't have a facebook account either, so it says ''you must log in to continue'', and it's me this time who can't be arsed! - No time for facebook. ''Dave posts a picture of him on the bog.....300000 people like this. hashtag smileyface don't give a toss'',

And erm, another thing....you need friends to be on facebook - so that rules me out fer joining. :(

Don't worry about copying and linking fabios photos for now - he WILL get it figured out shortly.

After all - it only took me 2 years and 3 months so do mine.

Ok so you cant veiw them...TBH you not missing much as Fabbio cant seem to take a picture of the whole bike, so its just various bits of it. Unfortunatly there are no bins to be seen unless you count his yella mount in the background of some shots.

If I'm feeling nice tomorrow I'll copy some & post up for him, that is unless he gets his 10year old to show him how to do it first...

WHAT!?? You mean, it's not just a case of signing up to Facebook in order to see photos....you mean theres a ''secret, internal, club member only, special invite, must give details and be approved first by the clan'' before you get accepted to view a few photos?

Fech that for me as well! What's so special that hasn't probably already been seen before? JEEZ. I mean....you don't even have to sign in or give yer details out anymore to watch pervy porn on the internet, and yet...to see a few motorcycles, you have to a) create an account with F/B (thus giving yer details to yet another mass-American organisation), and b) you STILL have to ask if you can ''join'' a closed group?

Nah - thank you very much all the same. VTR1000.org is THE place to be. No one has to jump through hoops of fire, or roll up a trouser leg n' give blood in order to join up and be made welcome.

Gawd, for some reason that made me veins pop out. Not like me at all.
