This will be interesting. Whilst we can expect heaps of camaraderie amongst owners, I'm not sure that anyone would offer up their working drawings for what is deemed an exclusive piece of equipment. Of course I might be proven wrong!

Reverse engineering...Get hold of one & copy it...

It's what the Chinese did with the ones they flog...

Get in touch with Honda, im sure they'll send you the drawings :D
I suggest you take one out and examine it, that's what most of us had to do.

What would be the advantage in making a copy? if the original failed too often then a copy will as well....you'll need to redesign, not copy.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

for those old gets who can't read .... he doesn't want to make a copy of teh ACCT, he wants to copy an MCCT ... :D :Beer Popcorn:

all you need to do is measure the mounting interface of the std ACCT into the cylinder, and then put a long, fine threaded bolt [with a domes end copied from the ACCT shape] and locknut on it. extras can involve o-rings to stop leaking and anodising

Cheapest one I've seen Rusky made one is £17 on ebay which is a copy of a copy... Hard to undercut that on price.

With gasket as well? That would take some beating.
