Nothing out of the ordinary to my ear, considering the enclosed amplifying echoey space you're recording it in. Bit of not unusual camchain whirring away along with whump whump of exhaust.

Stick some earplugs in and take it out for a good thrashing...
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Well I can hear my concerning rattle just fine in the video, but I know what I am listening out for!

The seat is a cover stapled over the original foam and base. Supplied by a Polish company via eBay, that offers hundreds of seat covers in any colour you care to choose.

I bought this cover and one for my ST1100 from them. Great product and turnaround, and very affordable.

I see Lloydie has been there already and stolen the sheep. That looks like a harsh road surface that mate. I bet you get a good tyre sound on that.

Yes our local specialty seems to be shitty road surfaces. Coarse lumps of rock lobbed into some sticky goo. I suspect this is one reason why I never seem to get very good mileage out of tyres. Best of all with this material is when the tar melts, the stones sink (or get flung away) and you get wonderfully slick, glassy patches that are at their worst with a nice film of water, but will even make for pucker moments on a hot dry day. Even my car will twitch hard on these.
