Hi....quick question....when replacing the auto ccts with mcct do people use usual gaskets or instant gasket?

Either will do.

Just remember to put some liquid gasket on the thread on the main MCCT bolt to prevent oil dribbling out.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

On the rear one as it points down...
