Messages on hold

Post by Sir-knob-head »

I have 3 messages but I cannot see them as they're on hold

Why and how do I resolve this?

Thanks

you need to delkete some of your messages to make room.

then you have to bring the "on hold messages back in by cliking the link in the header text of you message area. its not very visible that it is a hot link, so look carefully

User Control Panel / Private Messages / Rules, Folders & Settings then under If Folder is full, you can select it to delete oldest messages. You wont run into this problem again then and it will automatically delete as it fills up.
