On 8th March he said he was moving overseas in 3 weeks - now it seems he's got another story.

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Needs shaming imo
Exactly!!!

Was moving to Switzerland in 3weeks - now is a professional PC builder apparently.....Just wish i had smelt the BS sooner! I've messaged the others on the thread with a link to this one so hopefully that'll help.

The annoying thing is that with his wheels on my bike they're so pitted and chipped it almost looks worse than before the crash eek! :sad2

I'm pretty sure those lovely red tidy looking wheels in the original advert are now firmly on his new pile of shite

In fairness to him he said it would come with "original black wheels" which i had no problem with and i expect the odd scratch or scrape but these look like they've been through a Welsh rally cross event!

up until now I've stayed out of this. I have had some dealings with the guy, and as we speak he still owes me £20. I've met the guy in person, and tbh he seemed ok, i'm sure there's two sides to the story and i'm not taking sides. I've been told by himself that he has various issues in his life atm, but lets be honest we've all got those.... :(

I have a spare set of original wheels if you are still looking?

I don't think they're in bad condition but could do some photos if you're interested.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Dragging up an old thread...

It would seem that Karma has struck our freind Mr Banks...

He did move to Swissland & has been there for sometime...

He bought a bike off someone who frequents FB 2 1/2 years ago & after thrashing it around the Alps for over a year then started msg. the bloke he bought it off that it had issuse with the motor & electrics...

It's all been going right off on FB..I barred the shmuck along time ago as he is just one of those really anoying people who feked me about over buying something...

Oh & apparently the bike before he bought it was running ok but had been standing for a bit & had been to the workshop of the mcperts for some of their fine electrical work...
Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...
