Broken mirror mounts

Post by ghostbiker »

While checking my new toy over today I noticed both mirror mounts are broken at the bottom hole. So the mirrors move when you ride.
Anyone know somewhere that might have the mounts? Stems and mirrors are perfect
Seems a shame to put on some after market ones if I don't have to.

If it comes to me needing to replace what ones are common to use? Maybe a bit wider would be nice. Cheap would be great lol

Depending on how much has broken, use a washer to help out.
I am selling mirror extenders for standard mirrors. There are a few posts in sales, showing them. Alternatively people are using aftermarket mirrors, r1 mirrors or gsxr mirrors

How about the carbon winglets as on the Kawasaki H2?
They just bolt on to the mirror mounts, same hole dimensions by the look of it.

And a very reasonable price.

Of course, you can't see what's behind you with those fitted, but then there's always one of these:

It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
