Strada or ASV levers? (Long or shorty?) Show us!

Post by Metalmad18 »

In my quest to purchase some new levers im debating 2 things.

Strada or ASV

standard or shorty.

what do you all think? obviously the ASV levers are more so obviously a lot better but I'd like to see/hear what you got and how you feel about them to help influence my choice. Or even if you have different levers that you think are better.

thanks

looking at your mod list, save the money and get your Forks done instead. Much better mod.

Ccts are top of the list. Got them ready to fit, but trying to find a suitable time to see if anyone can help me fit em cus its a bit daunting to me.

Got a reg/rec ready to go on too but might change my mind and stump up for a mosfet one.

Dont think i'll do the forks anytime soon though.

Any feedback on levers?

I've got pazzo levers on my blade and sp, they're really nice. I prefer the longer type as I've got big hands and especially find the longer clutch lever easier to use in town etc as it's easier on my fingers. The storm has short non branded ones on at the moment and they feel a bit cack to be honest. I got the pazzos off ebay, seller had a lot of sets for sale. Atb.

i have TITAX long levers. I would be happier if they had a more rounded profile on the front edge, but the quality and precision is nice

Asv levers are the best I've ever used, I've had titax, and they're decent, but asv are another level, the feel and adjustability is superb. personally I prefer a long lever, shorty's just don't do it for me. I wouldn't even bother with the £30 Chinese specials.
