Excellent mate. I don't think you will have much trouble getting rid of the first 30
If you don't try you never know if you can do it.

The super stainless flanges have landed... a few days late as TNT won't leave a parcel with neighbour / round back if you're out unless you leave a signed note out giving them permission to do so.

Righty - 100 miles done over two days bimbling around Essex and Suffolk visiting precision engineers capable of doing the required milling. 7 quotes requested. 4 back inc. one from China (in two hours!)

One of the most local firms just on the other side of town is looking a lead prospect on all levels. Still on course for price of £20 – £25

Along the way saw at one firm some incredible 3D additive printed carbon fibre samples :eek2

Almost.
It looks like the products printed are thermosetting (cured by uv) plastic resin not carbon fibre.
There's no carbon strand involved.
The company is called carbon.
Still very impressive, though.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
