Like the idea  Cbr600 f4 forks fit the Varadero yokes.

I also know that the fork spacing of the Varadero yoke are closer together. You will need to remove 2mm off each wheel disc mounting face for the Vtr wheel & discs to fit.

If you don't, the disc bobbins will strike the fork legs

Machining the wheel is only necessary when using Varadero yokes on a Varadero frame with Varadero or Cbr600 f4 forks & a Vtr front wheel

The above sounds silly but I don't know if the yokes fit/swap into other frames

to remove the ignition lock you need to grind the head off the tamper proof screws and then once the tension is off they will unscrew by hand. then replace with normal screws

Will the lower yoke fit also? It might be a stronger item than the oem Honda one Image

Good luck Image
Hi.

At the moment the only problem is to make the central hole a little larger, from 23m / m to 25 m / m. This afternoon I hope to have it done and ride it tomorrow.

Another obstacle is to be able to remove the ignition key. I do not see how to loosen the screws, do you know how I can get it out?

They are security bolts the head snaps off when tightend up leaving a headless bit that no spanner or socket will fit.

Drilling them out is the only option, best use a pillar drill if you have one as you need to drill very straight.

Or, cut a cross onto the dome, dremmel works fine here, and hit numerous times with an impact driver.
I tried the: drill a small hole at the edge and use a punch to try and drift it out. But nah that wasn't man enough.
If you can turn the head upside down onto tubes (old forks ideal, but I didn't have any and was not going to do it on the bike) it would be much easier.
I just made my young lad try and hold it on a bench.
And it's a normal thread..... I had to ask.
Don't hassle me
I'll get there at some time

As you see Nellie I got the bar clamps just over 1" above the yoke then I used rental ultra low super bike bars.
They do a true flat bar which has zero rise and only a sweep back.

good job.

I see that we also have to cut the fairing a bit, luckily I have another spare but another color, so if I'm wrong I will not have a very big dislike.

This week I will post pictures of the work.

Thanks for your interest. a hug

Hi.

At last I was able to remove the screws from the ignition key. I have remembered several times about his family ......

Now we just need to make the hole in the center of the fork support, I have taken it to a workshop to do it centered.

Let's see if tomorrow I can start riding.

A greeting

Good job.
Does it have space for the ignition to clear the clocks?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

hello, these days I have had work and I have not been able to work on the project of the handlebars.

Yesterday I received the new handle, it has a different shape than the one shown in the photos.

I touched the clutch pump on the fork of the suspension, when I mount the new handlebar I will tell you.

Now I have painted the seatpost and I have prepared almost everything to mount ..

Excuse my English, I know it's very bad.

Greetings from Catalunya, Terra Alta.
