Not as crusty as this one

Although to be fair this bike has been in a fire, and is looking better than the first photo shows now it's had some attention:-

Very crusty indeed...Question is why would you bother ? Whats not burnt to a crisp will be rusty as fek due to water damage...

Someone please save it to see if it sells...

A good question Mac, the only answer I can think of would be if you owned the bike many years ago you might want to restore it.

Honda CB750's are fetching good money now, but I can't see rebuilding it with the cost of parts needed (if you can still source them even) making it worth doing as an investment.

Good on someone though if they do take it on,

Chris.

PS. I already have it saved to see if it sells.

There should be an extra condition category on ebay for that -

Condition: burnt

I saw that but didn't say anything in case it was someone here....it is an awesome machine
People think they can cut bits off any bike , change the seat wrap the exhaust and its a bobber. Had an old side valve Harley many years ago in my 70s chopper phase and that was stripped of all the heavy HD bits. It would be a bob job these days but was still a slow leaky old barge....but fun. The stuff we did to bikes then was truly awful, 6" slugs in the forks, solid bars replacing rear shocks, peanut tanks pigeon welded on with thin strip metal. I moved on to building a couple of proper chops but sometimes it seems we haven't moved on with customs..apart from top end stuff that is...
