with this diagram, "good" TDCs are easy to find :

Search for compression and check FT at the crank : you are at the "good" TDC for the front.
Turn 3/4 turn (270°): you feel another compression and check RT at the crank : you are at good TDC for the rear.

OR :
Search for compression and check RT at the crank : you are at the "good" TDC for the rear.
Turn 1 turn 1/4 : you feel another compression and check FT at the crank : you are at good TDC for the front.

Simple no ?
