I just learned that one company got two VTR's for scrapping. So I am of course after some good bits and bolts.
Which model of VTR is SC36A?
Is it the later model with slightly higher handle bars?
And do you think 40€ would be a relatively good bargain out of the clip-ons?
And if it is the later model, I assume it should have 19l tank as well. So what would be reasonable price for that?
Which model?

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Re: Which model?
Thanks Wicky,
It seems to be older model. No luck there.
I have tried now more than half an hour with forum search and google to find the list about which VFR (or other bike) bars/clip-ons will fit to the Storm and how high they are.
I recall seeing a listing here (or through a link to the Superhawk forum) where was long list of bikes with years and how high the bars are and what angle... And I just simply can't find that information.
Tried everything I can think for now, and I am terribly sorry about opening the same topic for the hundredth time. That listing should have it's own entry in the knowledge base (and it possibly does, I am just too daft to find it).

Re: Which model?
not 100% sure, but isn't it from a vfr800, ask carl, he had some but didn't like them, he ended up selling them on....
HEY YOU GUYS!!!!!!
Re: Which model?
VFRs from 90-2001 will fit.
90-93 are medium height, VTR weights should fit.
94-96 are medium height with different weights (stock wights will not fit)
98-01 are slightly higher than others, weights like stock.
Note: Height can be a major issue allowing limited adjustments, and contact the fairing. You may want to trim the fairing to give you more clearance. Mounting holes for switches, master cylinders, throttle housings, etc. may need to be drilled/relocated.
