Not a bad price considering the time and work involved .

Nothing like getting a bike set up right with good suspension

Out of interest is that setting below meant to be 1-1/8 turns out by any chance :?:

FORK SETTINGS
REBOUND DAMPING = 2 1/8 TURNS OUT

Thanks for checking, if that's for Honda Firestorm forks, then I am very surprised,

They're heavy springs, don't want to Doubt the suspension place as i'm sure they know what they're doing with valving and spring rates etc, but .95 springs and damping that far out seems like backing off damping to try and cope with too heavy springs. How much does the OP weigh ?.

.95 springs
That's why I asked earlier. The answer was 14 stone with all my gear on.

Ha, should have read it properly

Right .95 springs are too heavy for 14st with all gear on (a little under 13st in ya birthday suit) you should really be on .875 for your weight.

So I find myself agreeing with my last post.

MCT suspension I believe have a good reputation, so they should know what they are doing.

The rebound adjuster that is in the center of the fork leg that needs a flat blade screwdriver to adjust it, I take it we are referring to this adjuster for setting the rebound :?:

According to race Tech .95 springs for 196lbs (14 stone with gear on) are in their list as below
