I have deceided to change my oem cct to manuel ones. In this forum I'm positive to have found the perfect ones.....but I havent bookmarked the discussion/link and after several hours of searching I still havent found it so I'm hooping for your help please.
The CCT's I'm looking for can auto-tension the chain as its worn (and I not thinking of the oem from Honda). The difference between this tensioner and all the others is that it can only go in one direction - and thats in.

Are you saying you want an aftermarket tensioner that auto tensions the chain as it wears or are you saying that you want manual because the Honda auto ones are not tensioning anymore because of chain wear.
I highly doubt you chain is worn to that extent and if it has then the Honda auto tensioners should keep it tight, in which case I would say the tensioners are at fault and not the chain.
There are no aftermarket auto tensioners. You have two options, either fit manuals or replace with Honda autos. If replacing with the honda autos then do the Stop mod to them as this retains the auto tensioning but you have a fail safe so no damage is cause if/when they fail.

I know it's an odd question. My bike has done 14.000 miles and the tensioners has allready been replaced by the previous owner and I want to do it aswell - just-in-case....so I know the cam chains are not worn to death
I want manual tensioners and when they are fitted I no longer have to give them any adjustment/service as the screw automatic clicks it's way in as the chain is worn and it can't break as the oem. Actually it's a perfect blend of the oem and a manual tensioner im looking for. I know it's on the market as I have seen it on af Yamaha R6 (sorry to bring a different bike in this forum).
Is it correct understod: manual tensioners need service and adjustment as the cam chain starts tikkin. Do I have to remove cam covers and time it again to adjust the tensioner OR can I just give it a little tension without any further work ?
Well... If you know they are on the market, feel free to enlighten the rest of us... No post on here has ever described that utopian item, I can promise you that...
The best blend of manual/auto you will find is the stock parts with stopper mod...
Manual means manual... Pure and simple... You open the valve cover, and set them by checking tension... Then you adjust them with a hot engine until dead silent... Rattles slightly with a cold engine, but quiets down once warm... And you will not need to reset/re-tension them for the foreseeable future... Usually, I'd recommend about the same interval as you would check the valve's... If that's to often, go for the above...
<--- The result of OCMD... I gave up listing the mods in a sig line...

I've heard rumour of them being produced in Germany, but on the website that supposedly had them it wasn't clear quite what principle they operated on. Contact bazza for OEM converted to manuals or from what you want consider converting your Honda ones with the failsafe stopper mod.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.
quite expensive but as you can read on the site:
Spannen sich selber nach - self adjusting
Arretieren sich in Ihrer Position - locking in position
können nur nach Vorne gehen - can only go forward and increase tension
Ta-daaaa
Again thanks for all your comments and help. Appreciated!
Well that's very interesting. I would like to have a look at the internals of one of them. Not worth the money in my opinion, way too expensive, but it may be worth buying one to examine and maybe someone could replicate them at a better price.
Well... Considering the simple fact that it mentions re-manufacturing the OEM CCT's, and the only possible way to do that would be the stopper mod, or complete replacement of the insides, with something of a completely different design...
Then, this is either the exact same as the stopper mod... In which case it's insanely overpriced...
Or, it's a redesign.... And in that case, I wouldn't pay a dime for it unless I saw some specs...
I know how the Honda CCT's work, and frankly. I trust that design... There's nothing wrong with it... Replace them at a reasonable and safe interval, and they are nearly bulletproof... A completely different design... Not so sure... There is a reason why most CCT's look like the Honda ones... It works...

Mmm I didn't see that in my google translate. I guess you just read the site as is with your multi lingual skills Re-manufacture does sound a bit suspect.
