never used hydra, finis is good stuff, suffex is fantastic degreaser, I won't use anything else, I also like auto wheel, but I find it's expensive...

Ooo I like the sound of that new wax. Sounds to me like a crossbreed, kinda a mix of finnis and hydra in one tin.

Autowheel is fantastic but I agree it's not worth the expense when Surfex can be used. I've only ever had one product from Bilt that I didn't get on with and that is the Auto-balm.

Well it is Teal....a bit like Teak really.

There are so many products and various stages of protection on the market that it's a bit like which oil do you use or lipstick do you wear. Lloyd you would be better off not using the Mer and going straight on with the Finis. If you was to use their Cleanser-fluid solution first before applying, I think Bilt guarantee the protection for something like 6 months.

IIRC Mer leaves a nice chalkier coloured stain on things like Rubber Trim, seat etc. That is one of the thing's I love about Bilts products, they leave no stains and are easy to apply.

There's washing, waxing and general maintenance of your vehicles and then there is detailing no not valeting that's less skilled and with lack of vision and uses shortcuts. Detailing is on another level.

For all you car lovers check out this picture heavy thread where the detailing guy has an Enzo Ferrari to work on from polishing to clean ups of less accessible area's :erection: Pure car porn.

yeah spent over 60, I have been in contact with him, becuase they are only just down the road from me but they don't have a trade counter to go and collect, otherwise I would have used dad's fazer as a trial run for the storm.

thanks for the heads up, I have just emailed him to see if it is still a valid offer.
