What are the best types for each of the above?

Graphite seals for the link pipes/headers (OEM Honda or pattern).

Shouldn't need any if assembled correctly.

Get Honda part no. from Ron Ayers > http://www.ronayersmotorcycles.com/fich ... veh=132082

and slap it it into David Silvers search by part no. > http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/part ... rt-number/

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Fleabay or online specialist stainless fittings shop

As the diameter of the header / link pipe interface might differ if you have aftermarket link pipes instead of standard its best use some string to get the approx circumference & calculate the diameter of the clamps you require (or if you have the system off just use a ruler)

Best are the W4s as they are fully stainless, whereas with the cheaper W2s the bolt is galvanized and will eventually perish.
