You'll need a custom one as fitted to Harleys or this from a XVS1000

Could it be time to replace it, as no matter what you do with the mudguard it won't get any better. Unfortunately it only comes with the whole header section - I'm on my 2nd header because of that.

Or another solution, as I have said before, either fabricate yourself or get some header split clamps/collars made up as below. One half drops on top of the other where the holes for the studs go. Due to these being in made in two halves means you can replace the existing without having to cut and re-weld the header. You would need to cut the old one off the header pipe.

Those would be an ideal solution to rotted rusty clamps - if only they were the same size(?)

You're right about the size Wicky of those particular ones, although when I put this suggestion up a while back, I'm sure the O/P was going to fabricate some himself, although he may have been in Australia :)

It would only really take a member with the right machinery to produce some :eh:
