found a fuel screw tool i hope

Post by jezman »

Found this at a little tool shop in meadowhell shopping centre near us while our lass was dragging me round.... A top little find i hope going to see if it can be used to adjust the fuel screws without stripping all fuel tank off.

That looks good and you will have no issues with the front carb but the rear will still be a little awkward because of the water cooling hose that runs between the carbs. That tool maybe a little too deep but certainly worth a try. A torch is needed too preferably one that mounts to your head or a rifle torch that can mount to the shaft of the tool so you have both hands free.

I have one.
I use an extension bar and 7 mm socket to balance the carbs.
