For anyone wondering or wanting to live vicariously Here is what Mr Moriwaki came up with for a VTR piston.
First I still need to weight them but there is no real noticeable difference in weight between the stock piston and the Mori piston. My guess is to minimize the need to re-balance the engine but that is just a guess.
I plan on having mine re-balanced but that is one advantage of pulling it all the way down.
