Hi all, is there a preference for coolant. I.e blue, red or any coolant to use for the storm? :cool2

As long as it's aluminium friendly - bog standard coolant from Halfords - mixable with distilled water or premixed is fine.
It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Keywords to look for is "Aluminum safe" and "No Silicates" / "silica-free" / "Silicate Free"

Silicates are (can be) abrasive and over time can contribute to wear
