Scorpion cans.....

Post by Buggs »

Have round Scorpion cans on bike at moment and they sound lovely. However i wanted to move these to high mount and contacted my local Scorpion dealer to see how much it would be to get the hi-level link pipes (been looking on ebay but no luck). They have said that this is not possible as the cans on a hi-level system are smaller to fit higher up. Does anyone know if this is correct?

If it is i will have to keep looking on ebay for some cans as the other half would go spare (as they do) if i buy a new set.....

I guess it depends where you mount them

Some high levels are really close to the seat unit
Some, like my Remus' are a lot lower

StormSmasher on this list has a mate, Wayne, who runs JAC exhausts

He set up in business himself after the demise of Art and I have heard nothing but good things about him.
I guess if you give him a bell with some measurements he may well be able to sort you out

Hi have blue flame evos twin ports full size i wanted to do this and contacted blue flame this was a couple of years back they said the same but i have mine cranked up like the sp1/2 with the original pipework that came with them.

All you do is spin the link pipe round and there you have it ,on mine i just loose out on an exhaust mount but i dont need this anyway as it is really secure then i made some exhaust hangers out of some ally plate. If you want pictures of mine let me know.

But saying that you can still have full size cans at high rise just have the links pipes made as Ben said with Daz Sear's mate he is a wizard with pipes.
