Took a bit longer as I forgot that I needed to fit the pipes as well, and I didnt have enough oil or coolant so had to nip to Halfords.

Started it up without the cans fitted as I was in a hurry to see if it ran.....what a noise :D The mother in law sh1t her self. She though there was a WW2 bomber in the garage

Fitted the cans and it's now a bit less ASBO.

So rather than finish this job I started the next one......fitting the flat bars.

its looking real good, i wouldn't mind riding a firestorm with renthals, i'm getting my rearsets adjusted over winter, i need them to be less extreme, there killing my knees at the mo. i've been looking at renthals for my blade front end, but i'm not sure i will like them... :think:

I have a confession I stole it of kermit :-)
He ain't been on here in years !

Renthals make the ride more enjoyable for me and is one of the best mods I've done to it .
As Carl said try before you commit .

With his reparation for dropping his bike after a new paint job ! Not a hope in hell lol
I hope to be joining the midnight London mayhem monopoly run next year so bsm could always have a sit on it then :shock:
