I remember the first house the ex and I lived in it had a converted lean too . It was made into another room of the kitchen and the back door was a straight shot into the room so my bike (rg250) lived in there in the warm . She was only 17 at the time so did as she was told :-)

I think I still have a pic of her sitting on it butt nekkid! :)

I ended up moving it outside and it got stolen, ill never just go 3rd party only insurance :(

on the subject of bikes in houses... when I lived at the parents place. I took my ducati darmah apart for a winter clean up. lifted the engine up into there loft and promptly dropped it through the rafters and it smashed there bed in half.. :beer: ... oops..
the older i get,the faster i was :lol:
