Stayed at the Prewley moor arms last year for a Katana owners club do, good pub and a campsite, it's right near the A30 Okehampton very easy to get to if a little boring (dual carriageway) BUT for the rideout there are some fantastic roads to ride
I could sort a route for the ride, but you might have to start without me as I should be working in the morning, I can give you a route to head up my way then meet up with you and take it from there.

Did you phone the Pub and campsite ?. last year at the Katana rally we booked it in and gave them numbers, then when we were all there we paid up. They'll need to know were coming in case they book some over 80's nudist camping club rally leaving no room for us....... (to throw up). Also think it's first week of school holidays.
But I guess if there's only a few then everyone can book in individually, whichever you thinks best really
