I have a problem on my VTR . When i pull off with a bit of revs it is almost if the bike jerks ( Like there is something wrong with the clutch )

So i had replaced clutch ( Steel Plates / Friction plates ) Hydraulic hoses and all seals on the inside . But still I have the same problem.

I just hope the guy that worked on my bike did what he said and what i paid for . ( R4000 ) Later. Maybe you know of something i can try.

let the clutch out slower! dunno mate that a tough one without seeing it

I agree with Timbo, cush drive rubbers a good possibility

And theres a quick fix if it is the rear wheel cush-drive, and it'll only cost you a tub of ice-cream, which you scoff , before cutting the empty tub into shims

Hi Dagger does it feel like the clutch gets dumped instantly when your only about half way out with the lever.

I've read somewhere about uprated clutch springs,ill look it to it more its definatly here somewhere (if this is your problem ?)

Have a look at the clutch basket. The plates can wear notches in it which cause the plates to stick slightly. Filing them smooth again sorts it out.

my money is on the cush drive rubbers. I had the same thing at 15k miles on mine.

Do you get a noise when it happens?
Sounds like a problem I've had since I got mine, changed clutch basket, filed ridges off, etc, still got the problem when trying to feed clutch out for a quick launch.

I will check the rear wheel rubbers / There is a bit of play on the sprockets if i move it front and back.
