G-day all.

I think I have sorted the valve-timing...I just went through the whole engine process and made sure everything was happening at the right time (which it wasn't). I had the front cams 45 degrees further along there cycle than they should have been... so if all goes well I'll be pulling wheelies before Wednesday (I want to do an oil change etc before I thrash the pants of her).

We are having a bike boom over here (NZ) at the moment... so I don't feel so elite anymore, the roads are chocker with swerving newbies wearing sneakers.

Maybe some more NZ VTR'ers will join.

Hi there satanzhand, Im in Invercargill and we have a few bike related things goin on here, ie Burt Munro challenge was on a few weeks ago, with speedway, beach, track and road racing all over a week end, I was lucky to get a pass and saw most of it, nice way to spend a weekend. We had the local DILLIGAF poker run at the begining of the month which was brilliant, went around northern southland to manapouri, good fun, more than 100 bikes turned up. I havnt been on here much lately , but usually have a look over the weekend to see whats what, so ive only just seen your post so welcome from a kiwi
