He He HEE!
The black Art.
There are no guides on here but I've done loads if you need a hand. I've not done any quill pipes though so lets just wait and see if anyone else has and knows the best jet size. If not you;ll really need to find a mate with an oxygen analyser to get it right.

Got a similar set-up K&N with lazer race exhausts
Was recommended to start the jetting at 185s as the 190 that are in the kit are just way to big this was just the initial setting and you’ll need to do a rolling road run to get them spot on
Edit: this setting is used with drilled slides think it may be different if your not drilling them

Just had a look through the kit. Jets i've got are 170 / 180 / 190 (x2). The Quills are straight through no inserts, probably drill the sides also, anyting to make it breath easier.
Edit:- found a little install guide no pics thou. http://www.roadracers.co.uk/dynojet.htm

Think the jets are just to big more to do with fuel quality you get around Europe as it a euro kit not just for the UK market
The needles with washers give I think the equivalent of +or- 2.5 on the jet size for adjustment just not enough for the size of jet you need
If you have a look at what you get in the US kit you get a lot of different jets sizes to play with in the UK set you get just 3 different size jets
