Your standard chain will be long enough for plus two teeth on the rear, although the rear wheel will be almost as far forward as it will go, we've had this discussion before :!:

Sobriety prompts a wee retraction.

But you'll still run out of adjustment earleir than with a standard one, on the wear marks on the swingarm....

There, that's what I meant.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Mentioning the stick on wear indicators on the swingarm, if you are fitting a different size rear sprocket, mark the point that the wheel is at before removing it, then when the wheel has been replaced in it's new position you can remove the stickers and super glue them back so the reading is correct. (That info courtesy of LotusSevenMan).
