Hate it when companies are willing to relieve you of money then think that their responsibility has ended!! Grrrrrrrrrrrr.
Glad it is sorted now though. :D

As an aside, I have had a snag with my pre owned Ducati (just starter not engaging; new relay, handlebar switch and clean up of contacts sorted it). Local dealer worse than useless. Even though this is work was covered by the remaining 'full Ducati warranty' they weren't helpful at all.
So, I tried the original bike supplier.
If you ever want to buy a new/used Ducati I recommend Snells in Alton, Hants. Brilliant service and sorted the bike + printed me off the bikes whole service record etc. Nowt too much trouble. Eighty miles away and a less flash showroom than my local (unhelpful) dealer but you'll know who will get my continued business for sure!!!!!!
It is this sort of experience that makes or breaks businesses. :wink:
