Expect it's been asked already, but what should they be?
Are there any improvements if you fiddle - I'm 10.5 stone and the front runs wide on occasion

It's already posted somewhere mate (by me too) but I can't remember where and a quick search gleaned no results, so I suspect it was as this is, just a reply to a post like yours.

The running wide needs a bit of suspension fettling. Loads of posts on here cover it, but a good starting point is to either drop the yokes 5/8mm or raise the rear with a spacer - she'll turn in better then but you really need to have the forks reworked to get the most benefits
