OIL CHANGE

Post by balls »

Hi all changed the oil the other day small job I know but not without a few hazzards .
Ok get up And think must get the oil changed today as it is the only chance im going to have for a while not feeling to good as I have one of those stinking head colds that make your head feel like its floating around on a balloon and not conected to the rest of your body.
Ok lets get on with it got the oil and filter what can go wrong warm her up for a bit to get that old stuff to drain out nice and easy , so far so good got the right tool to remove the filter bend over to stick the tool on the filter AGGGGHHHHHH
Always wondered what burning flesh smelt like forgot the bloody down pipe was at about gas mark 7 sh1t did that hurt . If I had been well it might not have been so bad but as my head was in another dimension my reaction time in pulling my wrist away was not up too speed so the damage was worse

So just remember storm headers get bloody hot

get one of these headerproofmanflu® suits, then if your temperature rises a notch above above normal get you nearest & dearest to call an ambulance

It may be that your whole purpose in life is simply to serve as a warning to others.

Did a similar thing on my dads Triumph some years ago!

Mental note-never try to reach the side stand on a Trophy 1200 when pushing it into the garage with a pair of shorts on! Got my leg stuck on the LHS downpipe and still have a nice "poppy" bruise/mark above my ankle :biggrin

Doh...
SP1's rock!
