tyre pressures

Post by birdy »

Expect it's been asked already, but what should they be?
Are there any improvements if you fiddle - I'm 10.5 stone and the front runs wide on occasion
Thanks,

It's already posted somewhere mate (by me too) but I can't remember where and a quick search gleaned no results, so I suspect it was as this is, just a reply to a post like yours.

Thanks,
The running wide needs a bit of suspension fettling. Loads of posts on here cover it, but a good starting point is to either drop the yokes 5/8mm or raise the rear with a spacer - she'll turn in better then but you really need to have the forks reworked to get the most benefits
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Gain some weight.

Eat more pies!

35 front
41 rear.

Remember as the tyre warms pressure increases. Drop it 1 or 2 in the warm weather (34 & 40)
