The first 390 miles have flown by and after tommorrows ride out I will be past the 600 service interval . Oh well then the fun really starts The 48 miles to the gallon that I am acheiving at the mo will then become a dim and distant memory

No point in swapping to a loud pipe on this bike, I love the looks of the original (plus the little noise valve opens at 4K giving a lovely rasp). CCTs! ....Who cares until 2 years time after the warranty runs out

2500-3000 , I would have to alter my riding style or elso that could be two stops at tyre fitters on the journey!

Thing is, we arent going to Mongolia, the froggies and woppos (see how PC i am about our foreign cousins?) have tyre and motorcycle shops so it aint the ed of the world if maintenance is required along the way.
