Just fitted a 12/AH to my storm is this a common upgrade?

Sounds like a good idea to me.
The more omph! the battery has the less chance of pushing required by you.

Which battery did you fit?

Its the same dimension's mate had it knocking about, not seen him yet, but he defo bought it for a vfr or a bird i will find out asap

PS. I've just been looking at the sizes (Wemoto) for VFR batteries. What year is your bike

97 148mm wide 84mm deep 130mm high, this is what i measured the old battery at, below is a link to a Blackbird battery which is listed as the same dimensions as the VTR i measured to the very top they prob just measure the case (ps it actually states that it fit's the VTR):plainsmile
