Ducati Ownership?

Post by LotusSevenMan »

Well my clutch slave cylinder went the other day on way to girlfriends. Came off motorway to find I have to do clutchless changes and one 'start-on-starter-in-first-gear' mode at a busy junction with a couple of rolling slowly other junctions to get to her place.
She gave me a lift home in the morning ( :D ) and as the bike is still under a full Ducati warranty it was arranged for a pick-up etc etc. Great I thought. At least I haven't got to see it go on the back of a low loader.

I see the G/F the following day and find out she did this for me!!!!! I have it as a 10 x 16 print

Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

At least he's got some proper gear for loading a bike, not like one of our unlucky members recently :!:

Well it's all back and working fine. I had them change the s/plugs and sort the instrument lighting while they were at it (58.60ukp with all the additional parts/labour).
Got the new clutch slave cylinder fitted (as I guessed) and also a new tacho under warranty so OK really. :D

Now it's back and the weather has turned shite again here. Typical.
