2000 Storm might be for sale ( need an opp)

I need to have an opp on my wrist, my hand keeps going numb. Bit of a traped nerve problem. I have to see the consultant Tuesday.

If I have the same problems with recovery as I did 9 years ago when I had the other wrist done the storm will have to go. ( Last time I was off a sports bike for over a year )

It's on an X plate august 2000. Yellow 10k miles, FSH, art ovals plus standard cans, Carbon hugger, fender extender, bouble buble screen, seat cowel, spyball alarm.

If worst comes to the worst I'll be looking for around £4000

Yeh, yeh. Bit of a problem with my wrist too. If all else fails blame it on the bike.

Nah, seriously I have trouble with my joints. Can't always roll them tightly enough.

sorry to hear about the op, sounds like carpel tunnel decompression required, should make good recovery, lost of wrist splints available from physiotherapist which would allow you to ride,
Why not mothball bike and wait and see.

Yep, carpol tunnel and the ulner verves in the elbows( that horible funny bone bit that you bash, it all makes the hands go numb)

I don't want the storm to go but I will get another one or at least another V twin at some point.
I will have to save some penies and get a later 19l storm with the higher bars.

Is the Varadero the same engine, could be a stop gap between storms! What do you think.
