Another old Newbie..

Post by PJM »

Afternoon chaps..
Not exactly from the DARK side but I also have a VFR750 so more like from the little sisterhood..
I bought the bike last June ish and then dumped it in november and got carried off to hospital with broken leg. Doh..
Finally got the old girl back together on saturday (The bike not the wife)
and had a ride (The bike not the wife....).
It's certainly not the worst eBay purchase I've made.
Fairly distinct colour scheme so if anybody has any clues as to who put the scheme together I would be interested...
Nice to be a part of this thing...
Rgds Peter

Hi Peter,

Welcome aboard.

There's quite a few Stormers round your way iirc.

Bike looks familiar & I like it - sure someone will confirm who's it was if indeed it was a members.

No it's not F 'in' Teal before some suggests I like Teal

Or is it?

Hey, mate.
Distinctive colours, right enough.

Usually up for a SE rideout, gissa shout if you're heading out.

Box Hill's on your doorstep, isn't it?
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

Hi.. yes Boxhill is just down the road...but every time I go there those lovely boys in blue are always paying tooo much attention..not that I'm doing anything wrong of course..
Just the lack of baffles and maybe my number plate shrunk in the rain or something.

Went for a a little jaunt to Brighton last saturday round via the Devil's Dyke, along the sea front and back up the A23. Too much traffic in Brighton but the back roads in the hills are great.
50 miles worth of well spent petrol..!!

I like it! Gibernau type of colour scheme, brings back memories of Rossi/Sete duels.
