That sounds a bit thirsty to me. Mine normaly does around 90 to 100 miles till the light comes on then about 15 to 20 miles on the light. That is mostly on country roads with the odd motorway blast. Might be worth getting it checked out to be on the safe side. :D

Used to get 85 at worst, normally ~100 until red light. Sure you don't have a hole in the tank?

I got 75 once out of mine 8O that was after some ham-fisted riding though :biggrin

Firestorms have a notoriously sh1t tank range but 62 is very severe!

Funny you should say that Lee. I can remember the first time I rode it after filling the tank up about 2/3 and the light came on about 50miles or so? 8O

It got better after the jets were fitted and I adjusted a bit :biggrin

Still poo compared to some other bikes I've run though. Think the TL was better. The Buell will manage 120-130 steady and thats only a 13.5L tank.

i got 81 out of it yesterday! which cost £12.75 this sounds a bit better and i did give it quite a lot of pain! (well it just kept begging for more) also i think it could be down to my riding a bit as i keep forgetting to change into 4th and 5th as it just doesnt need to! and i dont want to drive it like a taxi! but i may try that this time and see what i achive. went to rivington barn on mon saw a nice yellow storm exhausts sounded mint!
