I bought a small sheepskin from Lambland. Nothing wrong with it, but I used it as a chest wig on a cold run the other week on the TDM. Trouble with it was (as a seat pad) that I didn't feel able to shift my weight around on the twisties. Nice warm chest though

Due to still getting aches n pains even on shortish runs , and me being Kawasaki green with envy  cos someone got a rather nice zrx1100 in a deal a few days ago ,ive decided to advertise my bike on ebay .

The advert i had for a SWAP on Gumtree website hasn't got me any great offers , well nowt i fancy any more than my 'storm , as well as the list of bikes offered to me above , i also got offered,.an M reg Pan Euro with 84k on the clock ,ANOTHER Bandit 1200 streetfighter , Another Yamaha Thunderace and probably a few more i've forgot about :!:

Anyway , i have advertised on Ebay last night , but it's NOT for sale , as i don't want to go without a bike.......ive started it at the price i bought it for 2 years ago and put a huge reserve on it so it definately doesn't sell , and indicated that i'm looking for a zxr , Bandit 12 ,early xjr or similar................basically chancing my luck ,as ebay don't allow swaps ,it's all in the wording " if you buy mine ,i'll buy yours" etc , so who knows , well see what happens.

Already had a guy asking how much to ship to Malta !!, and been offered a Bandit1200 (virtually no mot) ,a bandit 600 ,and 2 people asking for a price to end auction.

If i get offered anything tasty ,i'll let ya know  aye right ,somethin tasty to the value of £1200-£1400 .....somehow i dont think so

Anyway.......seems ebay has removed my advert ,i actually thought they would :(
Fookin offers were coming in as well ,and it was a 10 day listing :!: ....a currently advertised Bandit1200 , a local xjr1200 , (dont know if chaps still interested or not),and a Buell X1 Lightning(chap wanted cash as well),and umpteen offers to buy :!:
...................................................................
Heres what Ebay say.......'

You recently listed the following item(s):

230346390912 - Honda vtr1000 Firestorm - xjr 1200 bandit 1200 zrx 1100

Unfortunately, we had to remove your item because the way it was listed breaches our policy:

You mentioned in description
If you have one of these bikes that i have listed and would like to buy mine ,then through ebay i could buy yours

You may not list intangible items or items whose existence cannot be verified, such as ghosts, souls or spirits. Listings primarily intended to direct a member to your store or your other listings are not permitted.
..................................................................

I havn't time to see if im allowed to relist it ,i'm just going out to work :!:

PS .........WTF is all this about " ghosts, souls or spirits " :confused

Spooky!

I can definitely confirm the existence of spirits, the proof is this morning's hangover.....
