Whiney engine noise

Post by adamtk »

Hi all hope someone can help.
When i rev my storm i can hear a whiney/whistling noise its not mega and doesnt seem to be causing a problem but as from reading alot about the CCTS's and stuff was wondering if anyone knew.
Dont want to have a big problem on my hands if it can be easily avoided.

Thanx all

Hi there,

I don't think it's anything to worry about. Mine does it at tickover and when reved makes a whiney noise, and the firestorms i have heard on YOU TUBE sound just like mine.

I say "don't worry". :D

Loud cans (as ever) are the answer.... :D
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.
