Done quite a few miles this weekend but didn't get particularly good tank range, 100miles and 1 square left, but only to find I could only get 10L in!!
Mate I asume that you have a series 2 storm as I do. As for '1 square left' @ 100ml (160km) then you have only used a little over 2/3 of a tank and this is confirmed by the fact that you 'could only get 10L in!!' hell theres still 9L left.

This is about the same as I would get and thats not too bloody bad, it means you'd get about 250km's (156ml) per tank....... nothing running too rich there :D

Economy mode,

125 miles before down to last square, not flashing, that's the square, not me. I reckon thats about 150 miles on a tank full

Just wanted to say me last words on this subject

I'VE DONE IT!!!!!!!!!!!
Finally cracked the 100 mile barrier before the nasty little orange light came on! Mostly motorway, mostly 97mph ('onest guv'), little bit of easy town riding and a mahousive 104 miles later, I was convinced the led had gone! Filled up and it only took 12 litres so I had another 4 to go before having to do the embarassing, mates ripping the piss, final push to the garage.
Never thought getting a 100 miles out of a tank would give me so much pleasure!
I ride way too fast to worry about cholesterol.
